NA2000

Repayment schedule management
Repayment schedules in spreadsheets, deals in a CRM, payments in the bank — and someone matching it all by hand. For NA2000 we built a platform that brought all of the instalment financing administration together in one place. The CRM, the bank and the land registry exchange data on their own, and investors see their investments in a secure portal.
A deal from the CRM turns into a repayment schedule — interest-based, rental or combined. Payments arriving in the account are matched to the amounts due automatically, using the variable symbol (the Czech payment reference). Staff only handle the disputed cases. An investor signs in to their portal and sees the state of payments and the properties securing their investment. Regular reports arrive by e-mail as PDFs. And because money is involved, every operation stays traceable in the audit log and sign-in is protected by a second factor.

Technology
We developed the application on the Oidis Framework in TypeScript — the frontend as an SPA with framework components and Bootstrap, the backend on Node.js with a MySQL database. The platform integrates Raynet CRM via REST API and webhooks, ČSOB bank statements via a secure interface with client certificates, and the land registry for monitoring title deeds. Reports are generated server-side as PDFs, and e-mails are built from responsive templates. Sign-in is protected by two-factor authentication. The whole solution runs in a Docker environment with automated jobs for regular synchronization.
The brief
Managing instalment financing meant three systems and a pile of spreadsheets. Manual matching of bank statements was laborious and error-prone, investors had no ongoing view of their investments, and tax documents were compiled by hand all over again every year. NA2000 wanted one place where all of this would run on its own — securely and traceably.
The solution
We connected the platform to the systems the company already used — we replaced nothing. It takes deals from Raynet, downloads statements from ČSOB twice a day over a secure channel and matches payments straight to the amounts due. It watches the land registry every day: when something changes on a mortgaged property, the system knows within 24 hours — before, it was discovered by chance, or not at all. Late payments and escalations are handled by the schedule's state machine; reports and tax documents are generated automatically. Administrators and investors each have their own interface with two-factor sign-in.
